Pumpkin rolls weren't completely baked. The baguette was rock hard and inedible on the 2nd day. Pity!

I am there every day. Always friendly and helpful shop assistants. Go there with a disabled young man. But that's not an issue there.

The food is basically good, the service is horrible. You will be ignored, politely indicating that you are waiting, ignored. Older brunette waitress shows repeatedly annoyed and rude. We went around after about 10 minutes because we were not served

We have been there for four years several times a month for breakfast or coffee. The waiters are always very nice to us and especially to our little daughter. Very helpful if you do not have a hand free. Then the tablet is brought to the table and the door is stopped. We will continue to come regularly!

Here at Stinges in Heinsberg on the Stiftstraße you can have breakfast very well, the selection is good and cheap. It is very comfortable here, and the staff is very nice and friendly. I highly recommend it.

I like to go to Stinges, be it bread rolls, bread or a breakfast. Unfortunately, I have to find more and more often, that the girls in the morning at breakfast time with 2 forces are completely understaffed ..... What they have to take care of everything, is the madness. The preparation of fresh sandwiches or different breakfasts on request the guests, it takes some time ... they do it all very well and they are experienced and friendly too, that's not the thing .... but they demand a lot from them.

Friendly staff but overwhelmed as understaffed. Coming outside with a full tray in the outdoor catering is difficult because there is no automatic door. Waiting time at the counter actually too long. Since two waitresses are also responsible for the fresh preparation of the goods and at the same time have to handle the walk-in customers.
